Gener Lucas

Gener Lucas, MBA, currently serves as the HR Assistant Manager at Graymont, where responsibilities include HR management of Philippine operations and collaboration with APAC Human Resources to support global strategies. In addition to this role, Gener Lucas is an Assistant Professorial Lecturer II at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Previous experience includes roles as HR Supervisor at Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc., as well as HR OIC and HR Assistant, focusing on various HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, and compensation management. Gener Lucas also held a leadership position as Vice President for Administration in the Human Resource Students Society and gained early experience as an HR Intern at Concentrix. Gener Lucas holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Business/Commerce at the University of Santo Tomas.
