Wayne Hingley, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Wayne started their career in 1992 as an Infantry Reserves in the Canadian Forces, where they served until 2000. In 1999, Wayne worked as a Woodland Operations Supervisor for Kimberly-Clark Worldwide Inc. In 2001, they joined Stella-Jones Inc, initially working as a Customer Service Representative and gradually progressing to the roles of Plant Supervisor, Plant Manager, and eventually as the VP & General Manager for the Western Region. Since 2008, Wayne has been working at Graymont, where they have held various positions including Operations Superintendent, Manager of Maintenance Engineering, Director of Operations Services, and currently serves as the Director of Maintenance & Process Engineering.

Wayne Hingley, MBA, attended the University of New Brunswick from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry and Environmental Management. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, Wayne Hingley has obtained certifications as an MSP Practitioner in Program Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2015, and as a Certified Reliability Leader from the Association of Asset Management Professionals in April 2014.
