Leisanne Pinto

Leisanne Pinto has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In their most recent role as the Head of People & Culture at GrayQuest starting in October 2023, they are responsible for managing the HR function of the company. Prior to that, they worked as a Community Member at The Talent Deck in 2022 and as a People & Culture professional at TREQ from March 2023 to October 2023. Leisanne also has experience as a People Success Manager at Maxwell Energy Systems from May 2021 to March 2023 and as a Human Resources Manager at Onething.design from August 2020 to February 2021. Leisanne has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at HyperVerge Inc. in 2019 and as an HR Manager at Skylark Drones from July 2018 to October 2019. Additionally, they have experience as a Consultant Psychologist and a First Responder at Juno Clinic from July 2017 to May 2018 and from January 2017 to June 2017, respectively. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consulting Psychologist at RightPath Lifestyle P Ltd from October 2015 to April 2016 and as a Creative team member and Operations executive at Refine Goa from April 2011 to June 2013.

Leisanne Pinto completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Modern Education Society's Nowrosjee Wadia College Arts, Science, Pune 01 in 2016. In 2014, they completed a B.A. in Psychology from careers for Arts Science & Commerce freshers.
