Kathleen Delicaet

Kathleen Delicaet, CPA, CBV, has extensive experience in corporate development and financial services. Currently a Senior Associate in Corporate Development at Graywood since November 2020, Kathleen has progressed through various roles within the company, starting as an Analyst. Prior experience includes a tenure at EY from October 2015 to November 2020, where Kathleen held positions as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate, Senior Accountant, and Staff Accountant, including a staff accountant internship in 2014. Early career roles included Junior Marketing Analyst and Junior Financial Analyst at Bell Aliant in 2012 and 2011, respectively. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and further qualifications from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators and Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
