Louis Kapeleris

Louis Kapeleris has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Louis began their career as a Contract Auditor at PKF International in 1991, followed by a role as an Auditor and Audit Manager at The Audit Office of New South Wales from 1992 to 2000. Louis then worked as a Corporate Accountant, Group Accountant, and Group Reporting Manager at Colliers International Australia from 2000 to 2003. During that time, they also had a brief stint as a Project Manager in Home Renovation. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Consultant at Colliers International Australia before joining Outsource Australia (now Converga) as a Financial Controller from 2004 to 2005. Their next significant role was at the University of New South Wales, where they worked in various finance positions from 2005 to 2017, including Director of Finance Business Solutions, Director of Finance Program Management Office, Director of Management Reporting and Budget, and Manager of Budget and Management Reporting. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Financial Business Consultant at No Moss Co before becoming an Independent Property Portfolio Investor. Louis is currently working as the Commercial Manager and CFO at GRC Solutions Pty Ltd, starting in 2019.

Louis Kapeleris has a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney. Louis also attended Belmore Boys High School. In addition, they completed the CPA Australia Program and holds the title of Fellow CPA. Louis also has a certification as a Prince2 Practitioner.
