Malcolm Saunders

Malcolm Saunders, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at maxwell+spark, leading global commercial operations for a lithium-ion battery manufacturer focused on the electrification of industrial logistics and infrastructure. Previously, Malcolm held several key roles at Hilti Nederland BV, including Commercial Director, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing teams in BIM sales and interior finishing with a focus on sustainable growth and development. Additional experience includes positions as Operations Manager at ScaleUpNation, International Sales Manager at Boon Edam, and Commercial Manager at Frost International, among others. Malcolm holds an MBA from Stellenbosch University and a National Diploma in Building from Nelson Mandela University.
