Fatma Houideche has extensive experience in finance, project management, and client relations, with a career spanning various roles from 2006 to the present. Initial professional experience includes positions at BNP Paribas as a back-office manager in commodities and at Technip as a junior project manager for compensation and benefits. Fatma's tenure at GRTgaz from 2015 to 2019 included roles as a financial controller and management controller, focusing on personnel costs, KPI implementation, and financial communication. Subsequently, Fatma worked as a business analyst at ENGIE, developing economic management practices and training programs. Currently, Fatma serves as the Head of Client Listening National and Deputy to the Delegate for Client Experience at GRDF, overseeing customer-centric projects and managing client engagement initiatives.
