Alex Palko

Alex Palko is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and graphic design. Currently serving as a User Experience Supervisor with Business Technology at Great American Insurance Group, Alex oversees research, design, and testing of user interfaces for various software products. Previously, at IBM, Alex held the roles of Design Lead and User Experience Designer, managing comprehensive design processes and collaborating with stakeholders to create user-centered solutions. Alex’s earlier roles include Graphic Designer at Xonex and Graphic Design Intern at Hy-Ko Products Company, where skills in product development and packaging design were honed. Alex's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Kent State University, complemented by studies at The Ohio State University.
