Denny Krause is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and coaching, currently serving as a Senior Training and Coaching Specialist at Great American Insurance Group since April 2002, specializing in leadership and customer service training along with emotional intelligence coaching. Previously, Denny held the position of Director of Training for U.S. Operations at Formica Corporation, overseeing various training programs including sales and leadership development from 1990 to 2001, and served as a Sales Training Manager at The Forethought Group from 1987 to 1989. Additionally, Denny contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Xavier University, teaching graduate students in the M.S. program until December 2019. Denny holds an M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science from Whitworth University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
