James Ruther

James Ruther has a diverse work experience in the insurance, telecommunications, and paper industries. Since 2016, they have been serving as the Vice President - Corporate & Financial Systems at Great American Insurance Group, overseeing various corporate and financial applications. From 2014 to 2016, they held the position of Vice President - IT Infrastructure, responsible for managing infrastructure services for the company's Property & Casualty lines of business. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2014, they worked as the Divisional Assistant Vice President at Great American Insurance Group, leading a technical support group and overseeing disaster recovery plans.

Before joining Great American Insurance Group, James worked at Cincinnati Bell as the Director - Systems Development & Support from 2000 to 2009. James also gained valuable experience at International Paper, where they held various management roles and excelled as a developer, systems analyst, senior analyst, project manager, and manager of application development from 1983 to 2000.

James Ruther attended the University of Cincinnati from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a B.B.A. degree in Information Systems.
