Marc Tortora has a diverse work experience in the insurance and legal industry. Marc started their career as an Associate Attorney at Wilson Elser in 2001, where they litigated various commercial disputes and handled cases involving premises liability, auto accidents, property damage, and insurance law. Marc worked at Wilson Elser until 2008.

From 2008 to 2016, Marc worked at The Hartford as a Claims Counsel. There, they managed complex claims related to directors and officers (D&O) liability, errors and omissions (E&O), employment practices liability (EPL), and other insurance policies. Marc dealt with cases involving public and private companies, financial institutions, private equity, and had experience in securities class actions, bankruptcies, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust litigation, and investigations by regulatory agencies.

From 2016 to 2018, Marc served as a Senior Counsel at Ambridge Partners LLC.
