Phil Rowe

Phil Rowe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk control and insurance. Currently serving as Loss Control Director at Great American Insurance Group since August 2021, Phil previously held key positions at Travelers, where responsibilities included Risk Control Director and Senior Risk Control Consultant. At Zurich Insurance, Phil excelled as an Underwriter, significantly increasing the premium base for Agribusiness Insurance products. Earlier experience as a Senior Risk Control Consultant at St. Paul Companies involved providing risk assessments for Middle Market and Large Accounts. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from California State University, Chico, and completed high school education in San Jose and Yuba City, California.
