Susan Blevins-Lehmann, CPCU, CSM, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Claims Technology at Great American Insurance Group since March 2025. Prior roles include Claims Digital Content, Communications and Adoption Director at USAA, where Susan implemented strategies to enhance customer experience and streamline claim processes, and Corporate Business Transformation Director at Allstate, focusing on transformative growth initiatives. With extensive experience at Nationwide, Susan held various positions, including Commercial Claims Expense Leader and Associate Vice President roles, where responsibilities included leading teams in claims automation, expense management, and providing technical expertise for complex claims. Education includes a Lean Leader Academy degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, a BA in Journalism from The Ohio State University, and graduate coursework from Central Michigan University and Capital University Law School.
