Todd McKenzie

Todd McKenzie is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims management and investigation. Currently a Senior Claims Specialist at Great American Insurance since 2019, Todd previously served as Claim Manager at Great American Insurance Group. His career also includes a role as Claims Investigator at Progressive Insurance from August 1997 to March 2007. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Indiana State University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
