Tony Mercurio

Tony Mercurio is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Since November 2016, Tony has served as Executive Vice President at Great American Insurance Group. Prior to this role, Tony was the Chief Executive Officer at National Interstate Insurance Company from February 1997 until September 2024. Tony also held the position of President and CEO at Vanliner Insurance Company, a subsidiary of National Interstate, from 2010 to 2013. Earlier in Tony's career, the role of Marketing Manager was filled at Westfield Group/Westfield Insurance from 1995 to 1997. Tony holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from the University of Mount Union.
