Miller Ackerson

Miller Ackerson is an experienced professional in the restaurant and marketing fields, currently serving as a Restaurant Manager at Great American Restaurants since August 2023, previously holding the position of Server. Prior experience includes a role as a Line Cook at Field & Main Restaurant from May 2019 to October 2023, where Miller Ackerson was responsible for efficiently setting up cooking supplies and preparing dishes with consistent quality under the guidance of senior chefs. As an Undergraduate Student at Elon University from September 2019 to May 2023, Miller Ackerson earned a degree in Marketing and also gained experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at RE+ Events during the summer of 2022, contributing to proposal creation and team collaborations to enhance marketing efforts.
