Dori Parkman is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at the Academy of Music Theatre since November 2023, while also working as a bookkeeper for multiple organizations, including Jewish Family Services of Greater Hartford, Play Incubation Collective, and Alternative Investment Analytics. Dori has a robust background in financial management, with previous roles including Director of Finance at WAM Theatre and various bookkeeping positions at organizations such as Great Barrington Public Theater and Seals-it Inc. Dori holds a BA in Psychology from Rollins College and a Certificate in Accounting from Asnuntuck Community College. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts receivable and payable, payroll management, and supporting financial reporting and tax compliance.

From June through mid-August we present in-person performances in both of our theaters—the beautiful, 300-seat McConnell Theatre, and the 99-seat Liebowitz Black Box, both state-of-the-art performance venues in the Daniel Arts Center on the campus of Bard College at Simon’s Rock, in Great Barrington, MA.
