Cody Mattson

Cody Mattson has extensive work experience in various leadership and learning roles. Cody is currently the Director of Leadership & Learning at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Marriott International, where they held several positions including Senior Manager of Market Learning, Senior Manager of Learning Delivery - Premium Brands, Performance Development Manager for Toronto & Ottawa, Director of Housekeeping, Property Learning Manager, and Front Office Manager. Before joining Marriott, Cody was the Front Office Manager at The Sutton Place Hotels. Cody also served as the Bedroom's Sales Manager at IKEA Edmonton and as a Store Manager at Starbucks Coffee Canada. Cody started their career at Marriott International as a Guest Services Manager and later worked as a Group Reservations Coordinator.

Cody Mattson has obtained a Graduate Diploma in Management from Athabasca University in 2023. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, expected to be completed in 2024. In addition to their academic qualifications, Cody holds certifications as a Certified DISC Facilitator from Data Dome Inc., and as a Certified MBTI Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company.
