Lansha Leung

Lansha Leung has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lansha is currently the Executive Director of Human Resources for the Ontario & Atlantic Region, Corporate Services, and iGaming at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. In this role, they provide HR advice, strategic direction, and business partnership to senior leaders and their teams.

Prior to their current position, Lansha worked as the Principal at Advantage People Consulting Inc. from 2019 onwards. Lansha also held various executive and managerial positions at OLG, where they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources, Executive Director of Human Resources & Talent Management, Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Wellness, Abilities & Safety, Regional Manager of Human Resources (Gaming), Human Resources Manager for Lottery & Corporate Services, and Human Resources Manager for Slots at Woodbine Racetrack.

Furthermore, Lansha gained human resources experience at Hudson's Bay Company as a Human Resources Manager and at T. Eaton Company as a Human Resources Manager and Regional Training & Development Manager.

Lansha Leung has a diverse and extensive background in human resources, with a proven track record of leadership and expertise in driving HR strategic goals and contributing to the overall effectiveness of organizations.

Lansha Leung has completed the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. They also have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Mass Communications from York University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Prosci's Executive Program for Change Management from PROSCI.
