Cheryl Schuetze

Cheryl Schuetze is Chief Legal Officer of Great Circle, providing legal counsel across the entire organization. She was appointed in July 2021 to serve as the organization’s first Chief Legal Officer. She has 20 years of legal experience, including having served four years as Chief Counsel of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office Governmental Affairs Section. She also served six years as Deputy Chief Counsel for the Missouri Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. She has been involved in child welfare since 2011. She has a law degree (JD) from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, and a bachelor’s of arts degree in political science and history from Colorado State University.
