Katherine Devora

Katherine Devora has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Katherine is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Great Day Improvements, LLC since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Arrowhead Engineered Products from April 2018 to June 2023. In this role, they served as a strategic business partner and provided HR support in various areas such as organizational structure, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition. From July 2015 to March 2018, Katherine worked as the Regional HR Coordinator/Leader at USI Insurance Services, where they were responsible for addressing employee relations issues and ensuring organizational compliance. Before that, they worked at Callos Resource as a Senior Staff Coordinator from November 2010 to July 2015, and at Amazon as an HR Administrator from August 2010 to November 2010. Katherine's early career includes their role as an HR Representative/Community Service Coordinator at Timberland, a VF Company, where they supervised employees, conducted recruitment, and provided employee relations counseling from May 2006 to May 2010.

Katherine Devora obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago UTESA. Katherine then went on to pursue further education and obtained a Master's degree in Management and Productivity from Universidad APEC. Katherine'sfield of study during their Bachelor's degree was also Psychology, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
