Zhu Qi

Mr. ZHU Qi was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company in January 2022. He has been the Chairman and Executive Director of CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited (“CMB Wing Lung”) since October 2019. Mr. Zhu had been the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of CMB Wing Lung from September 2008 to June 2019. He had been the Executive Vice President of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. from December 2008 to January 2019. He is currently a Director of CMB International Capital Corporation Limited. He joined the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in 1986. He had been the Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Hong Kong Branch and the Director, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited from 1995 to 2008. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and obtained a master’s degree in Economics from Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics.
