Keri Davis

Keri Davis is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Great Elm Group, Inc. since May 2023, and at Great Elm Capital Corp. since March 2019. Additionally, Keri holds the role of SEC Reporting at Great Elm Capital Management, Inc. since June 2018. Prior to these positions, Keri spent over a decade at PwC, progressing through various roles from Senior Associate to Senior Manager within the assurance practice, specializing in hedge funds, private equity, and related investment entities. Keri earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and also studied at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in 2005.
