Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Great Gray Trust Company since May 2023, Felicia previously held key roles including Vice President of Global Financial Reporting at BlackRock and Vice President of Fund Administration Manager at Wilmington Trust, where management of a Fund Administrator team and process improvements for retirement products were primary responsibilities.
