Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Great Gray Trust Company since January 2025, Rai previously held the position of Group Chief Technology Officer at ATG from May 2022 to January 2025, focusing on the secondary goods market in a SaaS environment. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer for Kaplan North America and Chief Information Officer for Kaplan Higher Education from August 2016 to April 2022, as well as Senior Vice President of Technology for Macmillan Learning, where significant improvements in scalability and performance were achieved. Rai's earlier roles included positions at NBCUniversal Media, Amazon.com, Accona, LIGHT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, and Realization Technologies. Rai holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Leicester.
