Kathleen Schofield

Kathleen Schofield has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Kathleen began their career in 1989 as the Vice President of Land Development and Acquisitions at Brookfield Homes (Ontario) Limited, where they remained until 2001. Kathleen then joined Mattamy Homes as the Vice President of Land Development from 2001 to 2003. Since 2003, they have been with Great Gulf, where they have held various roles, including Vice President of Land Development and Acquisitions, Executive Vice President of Land Development, and currently serves as the President of Low Rise Residential in Canada.

Kathleen Schofield has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Development from Western University. Additionally, they have earned a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
