Kenneth Hale

Vice President, Land Development at Great Gulf

Kenneth Hale has extensive experience in land development and acquisitions. Kenneth is currently serving as the Vice President of Land Development at Great Gulf since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Land Acquisitions and Development at Dunn Capital Corporation from 2013 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for leading development projects, providing planning advice, managing construction, negotiating agreements, and representing the company at various levels. Kenneth also served as the President of the Georgian Triangle Development Institute from 2017 to 2020, representing the development industry in the South Georgian Bay Region. Kenneth has previous experience as a Planner, Landscape Architect, and Project Manager at Greenland Group of Companies and Brown + Sardina. Additionally, Kenneth worked as a Staff Landscape Architect at HSA Design Group.

Kenneth Hale obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1998. In 1997, they participated in the Architecture and Design Program at DIS - Study Abroad related to Landscape Architecture. Kenneth is also a Registered Landscape Architect in the State of California and a Registered Professional Planner recognized by the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners.
