Ryan Balraj

Ryan Balraj has a strong background in finance and investments, with experience in various senior roles. Ryan is currently working as the Vice President of Finance & Investments at Great Gulf since February 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Finance at Great Gulf from October 2020 to February 2022. Prior to joining Great Gulf, they worked at Granite Real Estate Investment Trust (GRP/U) as the Director of Portfolio Management from September 2019 to September 2020, and as the Director of Finance from July 2017 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, Ryan worked at John Hancock as a Senior Investment Analyst in Real Estate from January 2014 to June 2017. Ryan began their career at RBC as a Senior Analyst in Derivative Valuation from November 2011 to January 2014.

Ryan Balraj completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Finance (MFin) degree from Queen's University in 2014.
