Danielle Russell is currently serving as a MIT in Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since June 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Hostess at Great Harbor Yacht Club from May 2023 to June 2024, and a Senior Waitress position at The Grove from September 2021 to June 2024. Danielle also worked as a Food and Beverage Assistant at The Strand Hotel from September 2022 to September 2023, and at Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel & Spa from May 2021 to October 2021. Additionally, Danielle has experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Foynes Inn from April 2018 to October 2021. Education is being pursued at Shannon College of Hotel Management, with an expected graduation date in 2025.
