Nicko Fix

Nicko Fix has worked as a Head Chef at Great Harbor Yacht Club since January 2020 and currently holds this position. Nicko also worked as a Line Cook at Burlap until August 2022. Previously, they worked as a Cdc at Windsor Club Florida from May 2017 onwards before their move to Burlap. Nicko started their career as a Chef De Partie at The French Laundry in February 2015 and worked there until April 2017.

From 2013 to 2014, Nicko Fix attended the San Diego Culinary Institute where they obtained a Diploma in Culinary Arts and Related Services.
