Darla Karpinsky-Semper

Darla Karpinsky-Semper has a diverse background in scientific research and product innovation. Darla is currently serving as the Director of Scientific Affairs and Product Innovation at Great HealthWorks since June 2019. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Research Scientist at Life Extension from May 2016 to June 2019. Before that, they served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from June 2014 to May 2016.

Darla Karpinsky-Semper earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Florida Atlantic University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a higher level of education at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Over the course of their studies from 2007 to 2014, they successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree with a specialization in Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology.
