Eden South, MBA

Eden South, MBA has a wealth of experience in property management operations. Eden began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Property Manager at Forest Oaks. In 2010, they moved to Cassidy Turley as an Assistant Commercial Manager, where they managed 1.2 million square feet of Class A office space. In 2011, they joined Barrett & Stokely, Inc. as a Community Manager, where they managed a Class A property consisting of 300 units and a team of 7 employees. In 2014, they joined American Homes 4 Rent as a District Manager (IL/WI/IN-northern), where they managed a single family home portfolio of 2,400+ single-family homes. Eden was responsible for reducing vacancy, increasing resident renewals, and reducing overall market expenses. In 2015, they joined Progress Residential\u00ae as a Portfolio Operations Director. Finally, in 2019, they joined Great Jones as Director of Property Management Operations and Regional Manager- Midwest.

Eden South earned a Bachelor's of Science in Residential Property Management from Ball State University in 2010. Eden then went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University with a concentration in Accounting/Management in 2013. Eden also has an Honors Diploma from Bloomington North.
