Pooja Agarwal

Pooja Agarwal currently serves as Vice President - Growth & Partnerships at Great Kapital since February 2023. Previously, Pooja held the role of Business Development Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2021 to February 2023, where significant achievements included generating leads and conducting prospect research, resulting in a USD 2.7 billion increase in assets under management. Pooja also worked as Assistant Manager at HSBC from May 2017 to August 2021, focusing on stakeholder relationships and developing a customized program for team growth. An earlier internship at Tata Motors involved market research to enhance brand positioning, and as Administrative Coordinator at IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd., Pooja managed operations and marketing activities that led to considerable student enrollment increases. Pooja holds an MBA in Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore, and a BSc in PCM from Dayanandasagar College of Science Arts and Commerce.
