Alisa Cummins

Alisa Cummins has extensive experience in the food service and supply chain management sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator at Great Lakes Cheese since September 2020, Alisa previously held the position of Somic Operator. Prior experience includes roles as Food Service Director at The Nutrition Group from July 2016 to November 2018, and multiple positions such as Cafe Manager, Operations Manager, and Food Service Manager at Compass Group between May 2012 and May 2016. Alisa began a career in culinary services as a Teaching Assistant at Johnson & Wales University from September 2010 to May 2012 and worked as a Line Cook at Restaurant Dante from May 2009 to September 2010, specializing in Garde Manger and oven cooking techniques. Alisa earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University, attending from 2008 to 2012, and completed high school at Champion High School from 2005 to 2008.
