Marsha Stieglitz

Marsha Stieglitz is a seasoned professional in human resources and business management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Great Lakes Cheese since July 2025, Marsha previously held a role in human resources management at Buzzi Unicem USA, where responsibilities included project management focused on recruitment and retention initiatives. As a small business owner and operating manager at The Refuge Coffee House, Marsha successfully branded the business to attract global tourists while also overseeing human resources. Marsha has additional entrepreneurial experience from Cornerstone Machine Works, managing human resources and business development in a custom machine shop context. Earlier career contributions include coordinating women's events and mentoring as a women's minister at Cross Church. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Colorado Technical University, along with a certification in Excel from Texas State Technical College.
