Robert Shumaker possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety, demonstrated through roles at Great Lakes Cheese since June 2015, including positions such as Senior Manager of Corporate Food Safety and Laboratory, and Corporate Quality Assurance Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Quality Assurance and Research & Development at Gortons Specialty Products from October 2012 to June 2015, and holding various quality assurance roles at Nestlé from April 2008 to October 2012, including a position as Custom Food Technician at Nestlé Professional. Robert Shumaker holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg, earned between 2001 and 2006.
