Patti Carr

Patti Carr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development within the customer service sector. Since retiring in June 2021, Patti has served as Supervisor of Borrower Services Training at Great Lakes Higher Education Corporation and Affiliates, focusing on the development and delivery of training across multiple offices. Previously, Patti held roles at Delta Air Lines, where responsibilities included facilitating training projects for customer service excellence and managing a care team program that served over 1500 volunteers globally. Early career experiences include administrative support and training coordination for major airlines. Patti holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Augsburg University.
