Nicki Cathro Steen

Nicki Cathro Steen is a seasoned production stage manager with extensive experience in the performing arts, currently serving in multiple roles at Great Lakes Theater and Idaho Shakespeare Festival since 2017 and 2016 respectively. In addition to theater management, Nicki contributes to the creative media team at First Methodist Church of Mansfield and operates Cavern Media as a photographer and videographer, aiming to streamline media services for diverse clients. Nicki's filmmaking experience includes various assistant director roles in freelance projects, a position as Director of Video Production at OneShare Health, and earlier experience in administrative support and event management. Nicki holds a BA in Radio, Television, and Film from the University of North Texas.
