Santino Rematore has over two decades of experience in operations and production management within the packaging industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager for the Corrugated Division at Great Little Box Company since January 2014, Santino has progressively held roles including Corrugated Production Manager and Corrugated Supervisor. Prior experience includes a Superintendent position at Rock-Tenn Company, where responsibilities encompassed safety oversight, process improvement, and departmental collaboration. Additionally, Santino was an OPX Implementation Leader at Smurfit-Stone, standardizing operations across Canadian facilities. Starting as a machine operator at Crown Packaging, Santino also possesses a Certificate in Industrial Electronics from Vancouver Vocational Institution. Career achievements include developing client relationships, implementing performance tracking tools, and fostering team collaboration to achieve productivity goals.
