Prasenjit Bhattacharya

Prasenjit B is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Great Manager Institute since April 2018, Prasenjit B focuses on cultivating great people managers to enhance business results. Previously, as Founder Director at Great Place to Work® Institute (India), Prasenjit B contributed to research and consulting on fostering optimal workplaces in collaboration with a global network. Experience prior to these roles includes serving as EVP of Consulting Services at Grow Talent and Manager of Compensation and Employee Relations at HSBC, among other HR positions. Prasenjit B holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has a solid foundation in HR consulting from earlier roles at Siemens Ltd India and Crompton Greaves.
