Brittany duPont has a diverse work experience. Brittany started their career as a Teacher at Clark County School District in 2014 and worked until 2015. Brittany then joined Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in 2015 as a Teacher, where they gained experience teaching K and 2nd grade. During their tenure, they implemented effective instructional strategies and provided professional development sessions for their peers. Brittany was also selected as a model instructor for CT3. In 2018, they joined IMSE Orton-Gillingham as an Orton Gillingham Tutor, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Brittany works at Great Minds as a Success Lead, previously holding roles such as Implementation Lead- TX and PK-2 Curriculum Developer.
Brittany duPont obtained a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Walden University in the span of 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 2011 and 2014. Additionally, they possess various teaching licenses from the North Carolina Department of Education and has completed certifications such as No-Nonsense Nurturer by CT3 and an 80-hour Orton Gillingham training from IMSE Orton-Gillingham.
