Erika Silva

Erika Silva is an experienced mathematics educator and curriculum developer currently serving as a Senior Manager at Great Minds since March 2013. In this role, Erika Silva is dedicated to the faithful implementation of Eureka Math, developing extensive mathematics curricular materials, including lessons, assessments, and resources. Prior experience includes serving as the Lead Mathematics Curriculum Writer and Grade Level Coordinator, overseeing the curriculum writing for grade six mathematics. Before joining Great Minds, Erika Silva worked as a Mathematics Coach with the National Training Network, supporting teachers nationwide, and as a Mathematics Classroom Teacher in Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Erika Silva holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Towson State University.
