Jane Pordon has extensive experience in sales support and business process analysis, currently serving as a Business Process Analyst at Great Minds since March 2020, where responsibilities have included managing sales support and customer success teams. Prior to this, Jane held various roles at Guardian Alarm from December 2012 to March 2020, contributing as a Residential Sales Administrator within one of Michigan's largest security solutions providers. Earlier experience includes a position as a Sales Support Administrator at tng worldwide from November 2008 to October 2012.
