Meg Willems

Meg Willems has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Their most recent role is as a Success Lead at Great Minds since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as an Implementation Leader at Great Minds from July 2023 to January 2024. Before joining Great Minds, Meg worked at KIPP St. Louis as a Middle School Curriculum Manager from August 2022 to July 2023. Meg also served as an Instructional Coach at St. Louis Teacher Residency from June 2021 to July 2022. Meg's teaching experience includes being a First Grade Lead Teacher at KIPP St. Louis from June 2015 to June 2021, as well as a Kindergarten Lead Teacher from July 2015 to May 2016. Meg started their career as a 2015 Corps Member at Teach For America from May 2015 to May 2017. Meg also has experience as a Developmental Trainee at Fraser from March 2014 to May 2015. In addition, they worked at the City of Bloomington, MN, as a Coach for Adult Adaptive Softball from June 2012 to August 2014, and as a Lead Staff from June 2011 to August 2014. Lastly, Meg was a Coach/Trainer at the Bloomington Youth Soccer Club from June 2009 to August 2014.

Meg Willems holds a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from the University of Minnesota from 2011 to 2015.
