Spencer Stycos

Spencer Stycos has a solid work experience with a focus on technology and client services. Spencer started their career at Office Depot as a Technology Sales Representative/Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining operations and supporting consumer computers. In 2014, they transitioned to Hewlett-Packard as an Account Sales Representative, promoting and driving product sales at events. From 2015 to 2020, Spencer worked at Strategic Technology, Inc., first as a Systems Engineer and later as the Director of Client Services. In these roles, they assisted in the installation and configuration of data communication networks and spearheaded projects related to Windows and Office 365 migrations. Currently, Spencer is employed by Great Minds, starting as a Senior Desktop Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Lead Desktop Engineer.

Spencer Stycos studied at Virginia Commonwealth University from 2011 onwards and completed a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General. In 2023, Spencer obtained a certification in ITIL v4 Foundation from PeopleCert.
