Kofoworola Oshiga

Kofoworola Oshiga has an extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Kofoworola started their career at Royal Exchange Plc as an Office Technology Executive, where they worked for nine years. Kofoworola then moved on to UNIC Insurance PLC, where they served as a Personal Assistant to the MD for two years. Following that, they joined Insurance PHB and held various roles including Manager of the Multi-Clients Unit, Manager of Human Resources & Administration, and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director/CEO. Kofoworola worked at Insurance PHB for a total of five years.

In 2013, they joined Atlantic Risk Solutions Limited as a Business Manager and worked there for a year. Kofoworola then joined Great Nigeria Insurance Plc, where they have held two significant roles. First, as the Head of Human Resources & Administration for five years, during which they achieved several milestones, including restructuring exercises and standardizing disciplinary processes. Currently, they serve as the Head of Corporate Services, overseeing HR, Admin, Corporate Communications & Brand Management, and Customer Service functions. Additionally, they are a member of the Finance & General-Purpose Committee of the Board at Great Nigeria Insurance Plc. Throughout their career, Kofoworola Oshiga has demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to drive organizational change.

Kofoworola Oshiga obtained a Higher National Diploma in Office Technology Management from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, between 1989 and 1995. Kofoworola also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have attained various certifications including ACIPM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Certificate in Insurance from the CIIN Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, Certificate of Attendance (46th Conference) from AIO CONFERENCES SL, Coach in Training certification from the Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy, and membership in the Lagos Island Personnel Practitioners Consultative Council and the Institute of Training & Development. Kofoworola also completed the Peak Performance for Executives program offered by Centennial Capital Training.
