Ross Jones

Ross Jones is an experienced packaging professional with a strong background in account management. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Great Northern Corporation since October 2023, Ross assists customers in overcoming packaging challenges to enhance their success. Prior to this role, Ross spent 16 years at Veritiv as an Enterprise Account Manager, focusing on optimizing packaging processes through automation, alternative materials, and design modifications. Ross began their career at Packaging Specialties Incorporated as an Account Representative, where management of existing customers and the development of new business accounts were primary responsibilities. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Packaging from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, obtained in 2005.
