Ann Hayes

Ann Hayes is an experienced fundraising professional currently serving as Senior Fundraising Manager for Community Stewardship and Propositions at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ann was a Community and Events Fundraising Advisor at Christian Aid, where responsibilities included managing large fundraising appeals, developing innovative community fundraising strategies, and ensuring GDPR compliance. Ann’s extensive experience also includes roles at CAFOD as Community Participation Coordinator and Diocesan Officer, where responsibilities spanned volunteer management, education program coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Ann worked at The Challenge as a Senior Mentor and has held various administrative and youth work positions, demonstrating a strong commitment to community engagement and fundraising across multiple organizations. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from UCL, achieved between 2011 and 2014.
