Kevin Thompson

Kevin was appointed as a Trustee in January 2020 and acts as Chair of the Finance and Resources Committee and serves on the Investment Committee and Governance, Reputation and Risk Committee.

Kevin is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc. He is a Chartered Accountant.

Kevin retired in 2018 from Halma plc, a FTSE100 global group of life-saving technology companies, after 30 years including 20 years as Group Finance Director.
