Vince Gubbins has over 10 years of experience in various roles related to purchasing, procurement, and supply chain. Vince is currently the Director of Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing at Great Performances, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Procurement/Supply Chain – North America at dnata from December 2019 to November 2020. From February 2017 to November 2019, Vince worked as the Director of Purchasing at TAO Group. Vince also held the role of Financial Projects & Analysis Manager at Citarella, Inc from May 2016 to February 2017. Before that, they worked as a Purchasing Consultant at Gourmet Garage and Russo's On The Bay from 2015-2016 and 2014-2015 respectively. Vince has also held the position of Purchasing Director at The International Culinary Center (ICC) formerly The French Culinary Institute (FCI) from February 2011 to July 2015. Vince briefly worked as an Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Culinary Education in 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Food Service Director at Compass Group - Eurest Dining Services from December 2009 to January 2011. Vince's earlier experience includes roles such as Banquet Manager and Top of the Mark Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group - Mark Hopkins Hotel from 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 respectively.
Vince Gubbins obtained a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management from The Culinary Institute of America, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Vince later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing at the University of Phoenix-San Francisco, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012. Prior to their bachelor's degree, Vince earned a certificate in Culinary Education from the Atlantic County Institute of Technology (ACIT) in 1999-1999.
